GRP is lighter than steel which reduces the need for equipment, and it doesn’t spark when cut, which reduces the fire risk that comes with hot works on site. The slip resistance meets the BS 4592 test for industrial flooring intended for use in wet areas. A coefficient of friction (CoF) is calculated by determining the mean angle of inclination that an operator can safely maintain when the flooring is subject to a continuous stream of water. Our Open Mesh Grating receives better results in comparison to the traditional materials such as metal grating.
