The universal GRP Profiles, we have to offer here at DeckSafe, are a cost-effective alternative to steel, aluminium and timber. The profiles we have to offer will provide excellent durability and resistance to corrosion. GRP Structural Profiles are commonly used in industrial areas such as pedestrian bridges, step and walkways and many others.
Made from lightweight fibreglass, our GRP profiles do not need any heavy lifting equipment to load or move around on site. This makes it easier for transportation and installation. Pultruded profiles are tolerant of high impacts, resistant to chemicals, lightweight and fire-resistant whilst also having low thermal and electrical conductivity.
The GRP profiles have a wall thickness of more than 5mm and are at a high-performance E23 grade. The profiles at 3-5mm are E17 grade. Our stock profiles are made from a glass-reinforced isophthalic resin with a waterproof surface that will never need painting.
