Solid Top Flooring is suitable for a variety of industrial applications and environments. Effectively a standard mesh panel with an anti-slip flooring plate bonded to one side, the solid surface allows smoother movement of wheeled traffic, prevents objects falling through to the level below, and when used as a cover or lid, provides odour retention for storage tanks etc.

Description

DeckSafe Quartzgrip Solid Top Flooring is an ideal solution to a variety of industrial applications and environments. It is made by sticking an anti-slip flooring sheet to one side of a sheet of grating. This creates a smooth and solid surface which is perfect for wheeled traffic and preventing objects falling through. It can further be used as a cover or a lid to provide odour retention for storage tanks, etc.

Solid Top Flooring is a lot lighter than concrete. This means lower costs, quicker installation time, lower transport costs and less labour time. Applications this product is suitable for is:

  • Anti-slip flooring
  • Industrial flooring
  • Platform bridges
  • Decking
  • Access Platforms
  • Trench covers

We can supply these as manhole covers or access hatches complete with lifting slots, stainless steel hinges or handles which can be manufactured to suit one or two man material handling limits.
Solid Top Flooring reduces the risks of slips, trips and fall. They are compliant with national and international recognised Health & Safety standards. Installation is quick and simple with strong adhesive or screw fixings.
