Make your handrail longer with SafeRail Add-On Sections. Start with a Complete Section and just add as many as you need, and when you hit a corner just use our pre-fabricated Complete Corner Sections. Using pre-fabricated sections is the fastest way to give edge protection to your site. To fix it down securely, all you have to do is bolt the legs down and connect the top rail. Our pre-fabricated sections come in grey or yellow.

Make it your own
SafeRail Add-on Sections can be made with a mixture of the two colours we offer. A popular combination we use is grey uprights with a yellow top rail. Add infill panels made of grey or yellow SafeScreen machine guard mesh to discourage climbing and self-closing safety gates. SafeRail is the handrail system the DeckSafe teams prefer to work with and you’ll find it on almost all of our fabrications. There is the option for you to build it from scratch using SafeRail components or we can design and install it for you.
Once it has been configured and installed correctly SafeRail Complete Sections comply with BS 7818: 1995 – Specification for Pedestrian Restraint in Metal. NB: there is currently no safety standard for GRP handrails.
